Fabulousnails.com No communication, over a month to get a partial order, deceptive listings Internet

I took advantage of a savemore.com voucher for 3 nail polishes from this company.  After nearly a month I hadn't heard anything other than the automated order email from them so I emailed them as instructed in their order confirmation email.  No reply.  I wait a week and email again AND to the help@fabulousnails.com. Again NO REPLY.  I finally get a box with two polishes in it.  A China Glaze and an OPI.  On their site they never indicate these are commonly found polishes.  China Glaze and OPI polishes can be found for 7-8.00 pretty much anywhere, sometimes cheaper.  The polishes on their site are listed at 15.00 each.

My box contained these two polishes.  No packing slip, no note about where the other one I ordered is, nothing.  I will never order from this company again.  Their communication is non existent and I didn't get at all what I ordered.  I could've picked these two up from anywhere around town instead of going through this ridiculous scam company.

Right, so this company finally emailed me after I sent them my last email telling them I was done and posting on this site.  The *unsigned* email said "Hello, Thank you for your patience regarding your order.  Could you submit a picture of the incomplete order you received and we can assist you further regarding this. We do apologize for any inconvenience and delays regarding your orders. Thank you and have a great day!"

ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!  They want me to dig my camera out, take a picture of the two bottles I did get, upload it, resize it, email it to them and for what exactly?  To show them they screwed up?  I don't think so.  I emailed them back and told them as much and that I was done with their company forever.  It's no surprise that I've heard nothing else from them at all.  What a joke these people are.
