The Good...
The manager seemed fine. That is why I accepted the job offer.
The Issues...
The employment is 1099 independent contractor, however you have to work certain hours, told where to go, and how to do the work. This raises a big concern since the IRS defines that type of relationship as "employee". Could Face 2 Face being trying to avoid tax, unemployment, and other expenses? Another concern is THEY DON'T PAY YOU CORRECTLY! I worked there for a few weeks and not one time was my check correct! This is crazy. Also if you get a check, they won't tell you how you're paid. Seriously they can't give you a report of your sales and chargebacks because they don't keep track. This is definitely a terrible operation. I doubt they even know what they are doing. It seems when "executives" if you can call them that come to town they are just as clueless. Don't ever work with these people. They will screw you over.
