Face 2 Face Sales Solutions HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO WORK FOR Indianapolis, Indiana
This is the worst company in the world to work for. It's one of those "network marketing" schemes. They'll tell you it is long term, but it's a few months and out. It is another door to door scam, where they promise you permanent employment but if you don't sell right at the beginning, they fire you. They promise you these "bonuses" if you bring on your friends and they hire on, and then they don't pay. They change the staff every time you go in there. Typical. The staff is actually pretty good, that is why I even gave the job a chance, but the upper managment for this place is completely incompetant. None of my commission checks came back correct. I always had to have them go back to the company weekly just to get the money I was owed.
It's the same thing as all the other ones. They offer a "family" atmosphere, then want you working 60 hours a week banging on doors in the dark. They constantly harass the staff in the office. They have all those stupid cliche posters hanging all over the wall about having integrity or leadership. Anytime you see people trying to sell you on their integrity, you can assume they have none. They're completely in over their heads as a company. It's horribly run. Anytime you see the company "executives" down every other week, you know they're clueless. Flat out, they treat people like crap. They don't pay nearly what they say they will. And they demand long working hours. It's a 1099 position, so they never have to pay any taxes or benefits. Hmmm...don't think that's legal, requiring all that work for an independent contractor. Someone should investigate these frauds. Don't work for them. You'll have your job for two weeks, tops.
If they call you for an interview, throw your phone out the window and run. You're better off being unemployed than being swindled by another network marketing scheme run by fools promising you $50,000 checks for "easy sales."

This is a rebuttal to the original rebuttal.
Looks like that defense of the company was created under one of Face 2 Face's infamous useless "conference calls" where the executives of the company breathe heavily into the phone, then sling crap against the wall hoping it sticks. Then blame you when their idiotic ideas don't work.
Everything mentioned in that rebuttal was completely false, and looks like it was scripted. They BEG you to work after dark. They want you banging on doors at 4 am if it means lining their pockets with a little more money. That is all they're after anyway. As long as they sleep comfortably at night, you could have 5 bullet wounds on you, just so long as everyone in your territory has Verizon Vios or ATT ScrewVerse. Next time, try a rebuttal that doesn't look like 5 of their idiot execs spent 3 weeks and 45 conference calls to create.
The executive team is a joke. Wal Mart has more business-savvy minds running the cash register. Tip for job seekers: anytime you go into an interview and they're trying to sell YOU on a job, it means you're better off being unemployed. I'm sure I'll get a bunch of "motiviation" rebuttals from the 4 people that actually work at this place consistently, but ask how many of their arses wandered around banging on doors at all hours in a 1099 position. The answer will be "0." Really. Ask them. In order to understand what it's like to be in a man's shoes, you must walk in them first.
Door to door sales is not only a dying industry, it's run by slimebags like Dan Majernik. They're greedy people cementing their places in eternal dry heat by treating people the way they'd never, ever want any of their family members treated. They'll read this too. Hopefully, one of them will say to themselves: would I really want my kid to be treated like this? Bums. All of them.
Face 2 Face probably doesn't exist anymore (how can it, other than maybe in one city?), but in the event that it does...you're better off mopping floors at Burger King. At least there, you won't be hounded by half wits with fake business titles telling you your job isn't as meaningless as it really is. There is no motivation about it. These people are crooks, and that is precisely why they run a company that is either defunct, or can't expand.

I have been in the door to door sales business for awhile now and maybe it is just something that comes with time but understanding the nature of the beast is lost on some people. Door to door sales is not a scheme. Yes, there are companies out their that are scams and schemes but Face 2 Face Sales Solutions is not one of them.
A position with Face 2 Face is a long term opportunity but you and the people around you have to know how to sell and have to produce. No business in their right mind would continue funneling money into an office that doesn't produce anything. In door to door sales, performance is what determines success or failure on both and individual level and company wide.
As for bringing on your friends, Face 2 Face does in fact pay referral bonuses but only if the people you bring in are quality people and last. The policy on referrals should have been cleared stated to you when you were brought on board. You have to bring people on that can not only sell, but they have to stay with the company. I could have 10 friends come in and get hired and if none ever make a sale, I would not expect to see a bonus from that. If they make 1 sale and quit, I would not expect a bonus for that.
Face 2 Face tries to offer the best environment for it's workers but just because the position is 1099, that does not mean you don't have to work. Contractors have to be self motivated as well as team motivated. 1099 contracting has been going on for years and not only is it completely legal, but it allows you to have and uncapped earnings potential that you can't find anywhere else.
Face 2 Face has one of the best compensation structures of any company I've worked for. No, my check isn't always right because they have one person doing payroll for hundreds of employees but I have never had any trouble getting it fixed.
I was never told that sales were easy. I was told that if I could sell and sell well that I would feel like they were easy. I was also told that it is not okay to work after dark. In fact, I was told that anytime I felt uneasy I should work with someone else as a team or to request a different area. I like the freedom of working outdoors and noone follows me around to make sure I'm working. As long as I work I can take a few extra minutes here or there to do what needs done.
I know they closed the Indiana office for lack of performance but that doesn't discourage me one bit because I know that my job is safe as long as I continue to work and support those around me.
