On January 19, 2017 I saw an ad on Facebook for a face cream that was said to be all natural. Read some reviews after I clicked on the Facebook link, and all seemed very legitimate. I went to order the one face cream, and while doing do, another pop-up appeared saying I could get a great trial deal also on the Image Revive sirum. I read the Terms and Conditions as I know sometimes these comonies are very sticky about their return policies. I was to contact their customer service department in 14 days to cancel. I marked February 1st in my phone calendar to contact the company, just incase I needed to return it. My products arrived 4 days later. After three days of using the product, I noticed my face broke out and appeared very red in the places where I applied both of these products. I decided to not use them for two days, just to see if the redness and bumps went away, which they did. I then tried it again and sure enough the redness and bumps reappeared. On February 1st I contacted Face Replen via email and phone to advise that I wanted to return the product with a full refund. I did not hear back from Face Replen unail the morning of February 2nd, at which time they told me I needed to Call them to cancel, but because it was now February 2nd it was past my deadline for a refund and the full payment had been applied to my credit card. I immediately contacted their customer service via phone and explained my story and the woman on the other end kept saying she just could not help me, as I've contacted them too late. One of the products could be returned though and no charge for this would come through, but if they don't receive it by March 4th, 2017 a full charge would then also be applied to my credit card for that item. She gave me a P.O. Box # and street address. I then told her that I would personally deliver it to the address. She said oh no, I should send it via the mail and get a tracking number but again, if they don't receive it I would be charged - and they are not responsible if the package gets lost or they don't receive it. Well - I can only imagine they will claim they won't receive it so they can charge my credit card!! The customer service rep said at first she would give me 25% of my money back. When I explained over and over and over again that I did everything I was supposed to according to their policy, and said that she could only give me 30%. I then told her again that only a 100% refund would be satisfactory to me and I wanted to speak with a manager. She said her manager is not there, but if he feels that more of a refund is possible he will call me back. I told the rep that I wanted a phone call back regardless. No one still has called me. I have all documentation showing their return policy, phone call logs, etc. I followed their policy to a tee, and still got burned. I will now be contacting my lawyer for further assistance. Oh, by the way, when I told the rep on the phone that I would hire my lawyer to get my mone back, she said why would you do that - it's going to cost you a lot of money and you don't want to do that. I said wanna bet? My brother is my lawyer!! Stay clear and far away from this company. Always read the fine print very carefully, but know even when you do - these companies always have a loop whole to keep your money. And then they'll just close shop and set-up under a different type name. Karen Mississauga, ON.
