I can't log into Facebook.

facebook.com/eugene.byers

I keep getting asked to verify account from my old phone number (201)-207-2978.

I can't receive the verification code.

I can't log in to update the phone number to receive the verification code.
 
Facebook appears nonchalant.
 
Any suggestions?

I feel like I am being harassed by Facebook.

The send me to a page asking me to upload a photo of myself; when I do, they disable the account.
