Facebook/DoubleU Casino Blocked from Game after paying Cash for VIP status Internet
I have been a player of the Facebook game app DoubleU Casino for a few weeks now. 3 days ago I decided to use a debit card to pay for a chip package to attain their VIP status.
Today out of the blue everytime I tried to log into the game I kept getting this error message. "Too many connections. Try again later." okay so no big deal... I few hours later and still getting this error message I log out and my wife logs into her FB account and gets into the DoubleU Casino with no issue at all.
I then log back into my accont on FB and still now am getting the same "too many connections" error. How can I not feel totally ripped off seeing as this started only after paying real money for the VIP status. A status that does not matter now seeings as I cant get into the game to utalize said status.
I would also like to point out that I have violated zero rules, conditions or agreements for either Facebook or DoubleU Casino. Oddly enough I can access the game via my Iphone without an issue but of course all of the features and VIP status isn't availbale on the Iphone and you can only benefit from this on the computer.
