Facebook set up an unauthorized billing agreement that I, or no one else in my household set up. This billing agreement was set up by Facebook to steal money from me. I have tried to contact Facebook, but they are just not understanding what the problem is. You guys set up an unauthorized billing agreement using my Facebook account. You charged different amounts of $4, $10 $5 $10 to my account. As a result of your charges listed above, you caused my bank account to incur several insufficient funds fees. I had five (5) insufficient funds fees caused by you guys charging my account. Each fee was $25.00 so $25.00 X's 5 equals $125.00. I had to pay that $125.00 so I could bring my bank account back up to a zero dollar balance.

I want Facebook to refund me for the insufficient funds fees that I incurred from my bank. My bank said that Facebook Inc would have to pay me back the $125.00 since the fees were caused by fraudulent charges from Facebook.

Facebook needs to do the right thing and pay me back for the fees I incurred in my bank account because of their fraudulent charges.

I did happen to have my Paypal account on Facebook just in case I wanted to buy something. I never did buy anything though and as soon as I started receiving these fraudulent charges, I immediatley removed my PayPal account. No one in my house at any time ever bought anything from Facebook using my account. Facebook has a bunch of scammers working for them.

We all know how Mark Zuckerberg started Facebook.

"Zuckerberg hacked into the protected areas of Harvard's computer network and copied the houses' private dormitory ID images."
Source: McGirt, Ellen (May 1, 2007). "Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg: Hacker. Dropout. CEO". Fast Company (New York).

So can this company really be trusted?? We also know that Mark Zuckerberg does insider trading.

"Facebook investors have filed a class action lawsuit against Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook CEO, alleging that he had inside information that the stock was overvalued and that he protected his financial interests by unloading Facebook shares worth $1 billion"

"Underwriters Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Goldman Sachs all warned Zuckerberg before the IPO that the company was overvalued, but that the information was 'selectively disclosed' to only the social network''s largest investors, the lawsuit added."

"Facebook investors are having Mark Zuckerberg sued for insider trading.  Investors were furious when Zuckerberg allegedly sold $1 billion worth in Facebook stocks just before the stock tanked. The stock was overvalued at $38 per share, and Zuckerberg allegedly knew a flaw existed in the stocks valuation."

So yes, there is more to this story. How many more people has Mark Zuckerberg scammed, but they are too afraid to come out and tell their story? What else is Mark Zuckerberg hiding?

What were the charges for?

facebook is a service that's free to use. I've never had to input my credit/debit card or bank account to use their services. What are the charges for? With those small amounts it sounds like someone in your household used your bank account to purchase credits on their games, like farmville and whatnot. They HAD to get your bank account information somewhere. Are you sure no one in your household used your debit card to purchase anything? facebook isn't just randomly charging people's bank accounts, the account number had to be inputted somewhere by someone. If these are fraudulent charges, why aren't you contesting them with your bank? Banks shuold remove fees incurred by fraudulent charges. There's more to this story.
