Factory Direct Cellular Cell phone battery paid but never received. No phone number to call Pearland Texas
I ordered a new cell phone battery from Factory Direct Cellular, using their online/credit card ordering system. My credit card was billed almost immediately but after a week or so, I still hadn't received anything.
I sent them an email but all I got was a very impersonal automated reply, which provided me with a huge file from which I found another email address to use for order inquiries. Using the proper email address picked from the list, I ended up getting a reply stating that the order had been shipped and that I should receive it within 4 to 5 days. It's been 18 days and still nothing.
Now I'm really mad!
I just sent them more emails, this time with nasty words. If this doesn't work, I don't know what else to do?

Well, 3 nasty emails later and many anonymous replies later, I finally got a full refund on my credit card. I don't really know who is at fault here, the shipping company (Endicia Internet Postage (www.Endicia.com)), US postage, Factory direct or Post Canada, but nothing was ever shipped to me. It's a shame that companies don't understand the message: "Simply use UPS, FedEx or Purolator and you won't lose customer's confidence!!"
Now, as a result, I will never order anything else from Factory Direct Cellular. It's their loss!
