Factory Direct Cellular ripoff fraud charged credit card shiped no goods Pearland Texas
Placed order for merchandise. Did not receive "promised" confirmation that order was placed/received, yet bank account was charged. Still have not received merchandise ordered, and its been weeks.
Have sent numerous emails (no phone number available) requesting a response but only get automated responses that email has been received. No live person responds to indicate they are working on the situation.
