Complaint Review: Factory Direct Installations Ltd.

I had a rustic shingle roof put on my home in May of 2005 and now it is leaking.  I tried contacting Factory Direct  to have someone come out to fix the problem but the numbers have been disconnected and the website is no longer accessable. From the leak being undected for so long, it has done damage to my paneling and one of the beams in the far corner of my attic where the water has seeped through. My contract states there is a lifetime warranty on the roof, but no company to honor the contract anymore!!
