Complaint Review: Factory Direct Rewards - Consumer Panel Testing

On Oct 6th I was "hooked" by a online ad from Factory Direct Rewards (operating out of Burlingame CA) guaranteeing a mini-iPod for filling out a short survey. Of course, personal information ws reqested in order to "send the iPod."

By placing an order I was guaranteed 1000 downloads for the iPod, so I bought something. Nothing has arrived. Attempts to contact this company result in hang-ups or "wrong number." I contacted the company I ordered from (PetsRX), but they say they know nothing about who they place advertising with.

All in all, I got what I paid for. I'm just
mad that this folks are getting away with this and that I was stupid enough to fall for it.
