 On Aug7, 2023 I ordered an electrical 200 amp service panel from Amazon, 40 minutes later I realized it was from a 3rd party seller and is not the box I needed and called Amazon back to cancel the order. I was informed they could do nothing as it was a 3rd party seller and to contact them. I called them and was informed that the order was already placed and too late to cancel. The part cost $272.71. After repeated steps and calls to both Amazon and Factory Hardware Store and got nowhere. They said I hd 2 options. To take it to the nearest return center( 30 miles away) or refuse delivery. I explained that I was not about to wait all day for a delivery driver to show and I was not going to spend my gas or time returning something I tried to cancel 40 minutes after I originally orgered it. All calls are doucmented at Amazon customer service.
