1. Failed to ship when promised.

2. Failed to return phone call when promised

3. Long on hold waiting for representative, over 1 hour

4. Failed to respond to E-mail

5. Failed to provide FedEx tracking info.

6. Refused request to speak to supervisor

7. Representative barely English literate.

8. Refused to cancel order.

Ordered Dog Training Collars, 3/23/2020, received e-mail requiring verification of e-mail address, called provided phone number, on hold for over an hour, called back same result, was promised callback, none received. Called again, after long wait connected with rep, non English first Language, promised shipment and confirmation 24- 48 hours,no confirmation received. called again long wait again, non English fist language, refused to forward to supervisor and refused to cancel order. Promised call back from supervisor, so far none received
