Complaint Review: Factory Outlet Stores.com

I ordered a cordless headset with a lifter to place on my phone by the company Plantronics, not knowing I was goiung thru Factoryoutletstore.com.  I ended up not needing the unit, so I called them to stop the order, but they said it was already shipped out and would have to return it via a form I need to print out from their website.  There was no indication from the foreigner that I talked to or even on the form, that there would be a restocking fee of 15%!  also, I had to pay the return shipping fee myself, to send the unit back to them!  this company is a ripoff and does not disclose all details.  Not only am i disgusted with them that they ripped me off 38.74, plus my shipping of $15.00, I hate it that they use other countries to work for their company.  I will never order anything from this company again!  never, never never
