FACTORY WARRANTY SERVICES SAMSUNG, LOWES I cannot get Warranty repairman out for a lemon Samsung Refridgerator! I have been 11 days trying to get a repairman! Ray Ohio

On Sept 1, 2017 we had to have the icemaker replaced on this unit. This review is for the Lowes extended warranty backed by Factory Warranty Services. This is in regard to the Refridgerator. My Samsung Refridgerator, model number RF22K958 SG AA purchased 11/21/16. When it was less than a year old, the ice maker needed replaced.  

On Feb 4, 2019, the whole refridgerator stopped working. I called Lowes on Feb 5, 2019 who gave me the number for Factory Warranty Services, as we purchased the extended warranty. I called FWS and they were going to send out a repairman the next day. They also sent me a form to fill out our loss of food. On Feb 6 I got a call from Factory Warranty Services wanting me to describe the problem. I did. She said she would have to order parts BEFORE the repairman came.

It would only be "a couple of days". ( I don't know what is wrong, why would they order parts before looking at it?) I called again the 7th, 12th and was told "maybe the part is on the next truck" each time. I called today (2-15-19) at 930 am and got a voice mail. I have not received any follow up calls. We have now been 11 days without a refridgerator! REALLY SAMSUNG? REALLY FWS?   TODAY I called Samsung in total Frustration.

I spoke with a "Javier" who was concerned and helpful. He put in a Ticket (4149513275) to have Samsung repair for us since the Factory Warranty Services repair people with the extended warranty, have yet to call us back and schedule repair. He said he would call Service Quick (877-412-1665) and schedule an appointment for us. He called back 20 minutes later and stated Service Quick from Columbus Ohio would be here Monday.  

At 1300 TODAY (2-15-19) Service Quick called and stated they could NOT be out here MONDAY but would be Wednesday. I complained and she stated now, Tuesday!   I am SICK of this EXPENSIVE refridgerator!!!! I have not had refridgeration since FEBUARY 4th!!!!!!!! My house is full of Samsung products!!! When we bought this unit, we also bought a dishwasher, range, washer and dryer!!! I will NEVER recommend Samsung and I will put this all over the internet! I have been patient and I have been walked all over and still have no repair for this d**n unit!!!!   PLEASE PASS ALONG!!!!!
