I purchased a Garmin Nuvi 1490LMT Order Number #FOS3692909E. It is advertised as having Canada, USA and Mexico Maps. This is what Garmin calls the North America map package. The unit I received had only USA and Canada. Inorder to get the North America Package I would have to pay $89.99 to Garmin. Having the Mexico package included was one of the main reasons I purchased this unit as I work in both Mexico and Canada. I called to complain. They acknowledged that the unit was misprepresented and agreed to replace it with one that had all three countries. I paid $12.50 to return the unit and three weeks later received a replacement. It was exactly the same as the previous one also without Mexico maps. How many times do they expect me to pay $12.50 to send this back? This company misrepresents their products and does not care and does not fix their problems.
