This is the name of my Company but this was not me servicing the person complaining about Fahrenheit. There are quite a few HVAC companies by the name of Fahrenheit . I urge you to be mindful when reporting and make sure it is in fact the person who did the work for you since you could be hurting the reputation of a Master HVAC Company owner. I have no idea who you are, have never done work for you and in 25 years had never had a complaint. I looked up the name of the person who filed the complaint and there is no such person. Thank you.
