Complaint Review: Fair Financial Corp

Fair will advertise that you can get a short term car lease from them with 10,000 base miles. This is a LIE. The truth is you will only get 27 miles a day. If you drive more than 27 miles a day you will get charged an excess mileage fee. The monthly lease payments are already more expensive than a typical 36 month lease.

I never would have used Fair if I knew that I was only going to get 27 miles a day. 27 miles a day is a horrible deal, especially for how expensive the monthly payments are.

The only reason fair is appealing is because they offer a short term, no contract lease. This is just a front. The real way that Fair makes money is by preying on people who don't realize they are only allowed to drive 27 miles a day. They make their money by charging exorbitant excess mileage fees.

I would stay away from Fair as they are a predatory business that tries to take advantage of unsuspecting people. Horrible response from them as well when trying to deal with customer service.

Overall, Fair left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not use them again.
