Complaint Review: FAIRBANK CAPITAL

Fairbank Capital has stated, they haven't received payment when we had canceled checks. They have added insurance, When we have told them not to.. Everytime we received a bill it would be extra charges on the bill...

We contacted them as we I mean Sarah and Rhonda two daughters, trying to help our illiterate,elderly father that got into this jam. we try for a week to contact all we ever got was, thew caseworker was away from her desk leave a message left message no return call... finally after my sister left a message on her voice mail saying are you ever at your desk?

How do ever get your work done away from your desk... we started talkingh to her and explained it was my dad's mortage.

The lady went to screaming at us it is not your house or mortage and there is nothing you can do about it... She didin't want to hear anything we had to say... We were applaued....

Here is two daughters trying to resolve a problem for their elderly father and this is the way we get treated and our soilders is in Irag fighting for freedom GOD HELP AMERICA !!!!!!
