Fairbanks Capital adding up late charges for a payment they said I didn't make, but did pay ripoff!!!! Salt Lake City Utah
I had to write a letter regarding the late charges they keep charging me. Each month they are getting higher because they said it is a late penalty for not paying the late charges.
This is all over a payment that I made that they said I did not.
I had to get a copy of the check front and back and send to them with a letter.
Last week I received a letter stating they were going to review it and would advise me. I have not heard anything else.
