They received my mortgage payment in full prior to any 30 day period. The money was taken out of my account in full 2 months later they returned the money via wire transfer for some odd reason and said they never received it. I sent them copies of bank statements etc. showing when they received the money and when they sent it back.
They just dont care. They reported to Credit Bureaus a 60 day lateness. It has been 5 months of letter sending etc. still with no closure or corrections made.
