Complaint Review: Fairbanks Capital/Borrowers Help

Many people have expressed concern about current status of their complaints against Fairbanks Capital Corp. Many people feel that Craig and Brian have sold out. Me, I don't want to believe that, BUT ... I want some fast and hard action that shows me they are serious at Borrowers Help.

Lip service and hoity-toity "do-this", "don't do that" boiler plate instructions sheets don't get it. I've written to Craig, I've asked him to tell me, in writing, what's happening now.
