Complaint Review: Fairbanks Capital

Fairbanks Capital Corp. Salt Lake City,Utah holds my mortgage.I have been ripped off and lied to by this company now for over a year.

First they placed me with an insurance company that charged me $1200 a year to insure a $40,000 house. Then they charged me back insurance for the previous year of another $1100. This took my affordable payment from $457 to $691 a month!

HELP,HELP
I got behind and was able to get an emergency withdrawal from my 401K.I sent them the 3 months back payments owed by fed ex.

I sent $2073 in a cashiers check to catch up on 3 months and avoid foreclosure. They claim the funds were "misdirected." I have a copy if the fed ex signed for verification and a copy of the front and cashe back side of the check with their bank # on it.

I was told that their invesigation will take up to 60 days and that they cannot guarantee the outcome.

PLEASE, I could lose my house. Refer me to the proper lawyer or class action in Pennsylvania ASAP!
