I am writing to support all of those who have been ripped off by this bs of a company. Like others my mortage too was bought by these folks and for the first 6 months I recieved a yellow letter in the mail from Western Union telling me I needed to get a hold of the Loan Servicing Center or my account would be reported to all three major collection agencies.

Keep in mind at this point I have never been late with a payment. When I asked them what the actual payment date was they gave me a run around and said I owed 80.00 in late charges and again I have never been late with a payment.

So to avoid having to listen to their lies every month when a statement finally started coming I just paid the $80.00 with my normal payment and thought it was taken care of.

Well almost a year and a half later I still have the late charges on my statement and they refuse to take them off becuase they claim I never indicated I wanted the extra money to cover the late charges so they applied it to the interest for the next month etc.

I then have recieved numerous letters from them telling me to contact them regarding my delinquent account or again they will turn me into the credit bureaus. I have had it with them, how the one person you talk to never knows anything, and with them keeping you on hold forever hoping you will eventually hang up.

I hope others from Minnesota will get on top of this and bring these jerks down as they don't have a clue of what customer satisfaction is all about. I could go on as I have a buddy who has had the same problems but worse as they assessed him attorney fees and were sending him into a forecloseure. He never even recieved a letter from them indicating where the payment should get sent. So he also got bullied into doing their over the phone quick pay and then penalize you 15.00 fee for doing so.
