Good news. I filed a report with the Washington State Attorney General's office two months ago. I received a phone call today from a local television station in Seattle requesting an interview at my home. The interview/story about Fairbanks Capital should air within the next couple of days. The (emmy nominated) journalist that interviewed me said that there were 36 recent complaints about Fairbanks in the Seattle branch of the Attorney General's office alone and that the Feds and several other States Attorney Generals were investigating this company. I hope that my interview can play some small part in bringing this evil, immoral company down.

My advice to anyone who is having a problem with Fairbanks is to report the issues to your Attorney General's office immedietly! When I consulted an attorney, I was basically advised that in suing Fairbanks I would be trading dollars for pennies, and that is probably the case most of the time. Get all of you paper work together, make extra copies and send them to your Attorney General's office. They will take action. They will contact Fairbanks on your behalf, and believe me, even Fairbanks is smart enough to know not to mess them. They can cause real trouble for even the most behemoth corportation.

Best of luck.

Hi James, I was the other person Liz Rocca interviewed. I'm hoping this story will alert Wa borrowers about Fairbanks Capital Corporation.

The issue in Wash. State has been that FB is doing business as an "Out of State Collection Agency" so their abuses fall under Consumer Fraud. Borrowers do have redress and the Attorney General Office is the place to complain!

I invite Wa State victims to www.servicingnews.com. There is alot of information regarding Fairbanks Capital Corporation. It's important to remember that you are not alone and anyone that has been victimized by this company needs to file a complaint.
