This predatory company needs to be stopped and it looks like the ONLY way that is going to happen is if we all band together.

Everyone, regardless of what city you are from, you need to email EREES@Utah.gov. I have been in contact with her and she is refusing to really look at the matter because I am not from Utah.

However, Utah is the HOME BASE for Fairbanks. She needs to hear from everyone and keep requesting help.

Next you email Governor Bush at Jeb.Bush@MyFlorida.com. He will probably refer you to Robert Milligan of the Department of Banking and Finance in Florida, which is fine, but he will get a taste of all the complaints.

We do need to contact the Attorny General from our own state, the state of Florida, and the state of Utah. We need to contact the Department of Banking and Finance the same way, our state, Florida and Utah. We need to contact the Mortgage Bankers Association of America in what ever area you are closest to. Send letters to your Senators and Congressman.

We have to do a lot of email/lettering writing to make our voices heard. Make copies of everything you write, and if you send your letter by mail, send it certified.

If you are in need of a lawyer, check with you Legal Aid in your area, or better still, see if you have pre-paid legal in your area. They will help you without having to have a lot of money up front.

Here is another hint, if you can get a little recorder from Radio Shack or some place with the phone adapters, you can make your phone calls to Fairbanks and tell them you are recording what they are saying. Record from the very beginning which says "this call may be monitored or recorded".

Someone may tell you they don't aprrove and you can't use it in court, but tell them they are recording you and you never told them they could. Continue to record because some of the people you speak with will not mind being recorded.

Lets get busy and send certified letters and emails to everyone we can.
