Fairbanks bought my mortgage. I paid my former mortgage company in March. They forwarded my money to Fairbanks. They now claim that I am 2 months overdue. I have paid March and April.

I have spent many hours researching the "lost funds" and have provided documentation that I made payment. Furthurmore that they recieved and cashed the check. Still no funds have been posted to my account.

When i call them I get the shuffle from one incompetant to another. Even their supervisors cant "help" me. They put a lot of effort into collections and not enought into service and research. They got me doing their job for them.

Now I have late fees, late pay reports and a forclosure threat letter. My credit report suffers. I have been harassed at work and at home. They sent out a ghoul to take pictures and rattle my doorknobs in attempt to contact me. I think they are out of line here.

They claim to have 60 days to research my "claim" . Don't I get 60 days off no harrassment at the same time while they "research" it?

Frank, if you do not already work for Fairbanks, please drop whatever you are doing and immediately fill out an application for a job there. You are exactly what Fairbanks is looking for in an employee; capable of spouting mindless drivel and oblivious to what time or day it is! Possibly oblivious to what planet you inhabit.

Matt says: "I have spent many hours researching and PROVIDING documentation". Means just what it says, moron.

You say; "Fairbanks has the thankless job of servicing sub-prime mortgages". Thankless HOW? Matt has made both the payments that Fairbanks is claiming are in arrears. But, Fairbanks the Greedy must fill its pockets. So, it will create a reason for late fees, etc. in every case.

Take your shill crap and crawl back under your rock! You do not have a clue what is going on here. READ these reports and attempt to understand them. Better yet, have your mortgage transferred to Fairbanks. I will look forward to reading about your problems later, butthead!

Fairbanks apologists know nothing

The person who suggests that providing canceled checks to Fairbanks would solve the problem, is uninformed or a scumbag insider trying to save his job.

When the customer shows Fairbanks the cancelled checks, the firm simply says, "Oh, we did not mean the check from January 2001, we meant the check from January 2002. There is no way to satisfy their "research department." (But, you probably already know that.)

This is currently the most corrupt company in the United States. It is run by foreign-national garbage and euro-trash that is only one-step ahead of the law.

If you work for Fairbanks, you should start your job search right away. This company will be OoB within a few months, and hopefully its officers and employees will be in prison.

The big story has not yet been revealed.

Fairbanks has the thankless job of servicing sub-prime mortgages. In this case, the customer claims that he paid 2 months of mortgage payments and did not receive credit.

Okay - so where's the cancelled checks? Just call your bank and ask for copies. If you don't have copies of the cancelled checks, why should anyone believe you?

If you do have copies of the cancelled checks, then show them to the payee. I'd be amazed if the payee didn't automatically credit your account. I suspect, however, that you owe additional monies.

In this case, you don't even claim to have made the payments to Fairbanks. So how in the world is Fairbanks responsible?
