Fairbanks Capital Corp dishonest ripoffs Salt Lake City Utah
In June of 2002 our loan was sold to Fairbanks from Nations Credit. Since this point, we have recieved rude phone calls from their customer service representatives. They also never record when we call them and make arrangements or sent payments.
These representatives have no records of our phone calls. They ask to repeat things several times and when we ask to speak with a supervisor they hang up on us. When we call back they say we got disconnected and they have no record of speaking with us 10 minutes before.
They are threatening to take our house because of their record keeping. We have repeatly tried to make arrangements with them and when we keep our part of the agreement the payment about keeps getting higher instead of going down.
