Complaint Review: Fairbanks Capital Corp.

I cannot believe that Fairbanks Capital is allowed to continue business in the United States. After reading all the Rip-Off listings i have come to conclusion that this company does not have a clue how to do business.

I am planning to send this information to the Arizona Attorney General to begin litigation against this company. I would hope that all who read this they should do the same. A committee should be formed in congress to stop the Rip-Off tactics and put these people behind bars. Enron was a small fry compared to these people.

My story is the same as most of you, late posting of payments. Demand letters sent out for their mistakes. No notes in their customer service system so Rep's don't believe the customer. They also swear, demean and hang-up on customers with issues.

I read that a class action law suit was in the works, count me in. I think that not only will the law suit be a correct action, I think all of us should report our stories to our state's attorney general so we can put these people out of business.

One other thing, my mortgage was sold to Fairbanks with out my approval. I also think that a change in this practice should be come law. We the people should have the right to know who a mortgage company could sell our mortgages to, and if we feel that the company is like Fairbanks we could refuse.

So people get off you duffs, and write your attorney general, congressmen and senators. Let's stop this Rip-Off NOW!
