Complaint Review: Fairbanks Capital Corp

I to have been ripped off, harrassed,charged for things without my knowledge. I have yet to receive a statement, have been harrassed at my place of employment, for a paymnet that was 11 days late. I have written and called for loan information. I did not choose these individuals, my loan was bought out.

I am all for a class action. I have been harrased and belittled on the telephone one to many times. I am in fear and anger after reading the multiple reports on this websight. I feel I have the right to know foreclosure, late charge, and all outlines that pertain to my loan. I was told on the phone by a mr.peterson who described himself to me as a debt collector for this company, that they did not have to send statements and that my loan was the same as before. this i beg to differ with. He further stated that I am behind in payments and according to my math and cancelled checks he is very mistaken.

Any one knowing what direction or whom to complain to please respond because i am with the lot of you.
