It becomes very hard for any company to track their records of payments, and promises, when you get statements from 3 different locations.
Jacksonville, Florida, Arizona!! When you call them, or they call you, they have to go into this long speel, and when you try to let them know that you know that and would like to get on with makeing your payment, they get rude, and go on and on about it's their job to do this.
It doen't seem to matter if you have called them to make a payment. They are still down and out rude and discourtous. It doen't matter what your situation is they make no exceptions for anything, or anyone.
