Complaint Review: Fairbanks Capital Corp. Loan Servicing Center

calling me telling me we owe more fee's we got behind they said we need to send 2 payment before Feb 3rd, so we did. then we recive them back

They told me to send 2 Payment before Feb 3rd. I sent them I recived them back. I called them they said they didn't get them before the 3rd. the checks had been sent through something of theres because it had Jan. 31 printed on both checks.

I told the person I take with he said it was not enough I told him the person I talk with said to send two payments & that would leave one behind he said my supervisor held them for 7 days and try to call me and left me massage my mother would have been the one she left message with but she had not heard from them.

so he said it had done gone in to forclouse & I had to pay $806 a month for a year to get back on track I told him i was very unhappy with this company he sated if i am get cought up and get another company then.

I don't think I should have to pay 203 more dollars a month for a year because they never try to contact me we have caller Id & it did not show up but what can I do but pay.
