FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORP LOAN SERVICING CENTER ripoff victimized many consumers Jacksonville Florida
I have spend all evening reading about all these complaints. I have all the same complaints about this company, Fairbanks has called my home and told my wife that we are going lose our home in a few days if we did not pay thousands of dollars, put insurance on our house that we had. Payments were made that didn't not get applied , escrow accounts and many other charges that we didn't understand, Mortgage payments going up with out notice etc etc.
I have contacted a lawyer to help me with this matter. I have received some information from Fairbanks about were my money has been applied , my lawyer tells me that he is going to dispute this debt.
I would like to know if some of you that are going through this , if your homes are worth a lot more than what is owed. and also would like to know if there is a class action suite in this matter .
We are all being victimized by this matter.

Hi Tom,
My mother is having the same problem and yes, her property is worth way more than the loan amount that she has with Fairbanks,I didn't even know that Fairbanks was the holder of this mortgage till I read the letter from "their" attorney. I only know them as WMC Mortgage. Everyone must join together to stop them! I am willing to fight them to the bitter end!
