Fairbanks Capital Corp Lost payment when loan was transferred not answering any requests Jacksonville Florida
Loan was transferred from one company to another then ended up at Fairbanks. Fairbanks miss recorded the payment but did cash the check. Have been fighting with this company for over nine months. They refuse to call you back or answer any questions.
Sent then copies of payments made they still will not credit account. They do not follow Debt Collection Act or the Fair Credit Reporting ACT or the Banking laws. When you send them a legal protest as required under the above ACTs they do not even responed.
Faiorbanks Collect Department has called us names and did everything else you can think of that is against the law to do.
Ask this company for a payoff of the loan they charged us all kinds of fee's that was not in the original contract of the loan.
File a complant with the FTC this is one way to shut them down. The FTC can and will fine them and have shut other company down for doing the same thing.
