February 1, 2003- Beneficial transferred mortgage loan ($59,078.77) to Fairbanks
Capital Corp.

During transfer, payment to Beneficial for January, 2003 was returned, advising to mail to address in Phoenix, AZ. That payment was also returned telling me that they
couldn't accept it there. After several phone calls, sent payment of $665.27 to address in Louisville, KY. This resulted in a late payment amount of $751.30.

I then requested Beneficial to get my mortgage loan back to them.

March 26, 2003- Beneficial remade mortgage loan. They paid Fairbanks $63,770.80 to buy it back. I lost $4,692.13 via transaction. Increased balance
after Beneficial insisted in paying off other debts (Elan Memorial CMS East, credit cards) plus another appraisal and preparation costs, to balance of $77,893.87. Increased payment from $665.27 to $750.66.

I later received notice of a class action suit against Fairbanks Capital Corp. for law violations. I then received a payment as a result of class action suit
in the amount of $200.00 on July 26, 2004.
