Complaint Review: Fairbanks Capital Corp.

We are still in the process of trying to get money credited back to our accounts that Fairbanks took from our payments to pay for insurance that we did not need or want. Of course they own the company that the insurance is with Balboa. How do they get away with this?

We have been dealing with this mess for a year now with no end in sight. I was just told that we were four payments behind and I told the person I was talking to that since we had certified every payment that we had made we knew better than that and she said she didn't want to talk about that.

She gave me an escrow number which I called and never got anyone to speak with. Like everyone else if a class action lawsuit is filed I want to be part of it.
