Fairbanks Capital Corp Payments were not credited...Now Foreclosing Salt Lake City Utah
When Fairbanks took over my mortgage my first payment was due to them on February 1, 2003 (watch my dates). I sent that payment to them.....never got credit for it.
March 1....sent another payment, April 1...another payment, during this time I have already received a letter from the courts that they had filed. NO Idea Why!
My next letter states exactly this "This letter constitutes formal notice of default under the terms of the Note and Deed of Trust or Mortgate because of failure to make payments required by the Note, Mortgage or Deed of Trust. On 05/01/2003 amount due and owing is $2,221.57".
My house payment is $404.00 pr month, explain how I would over over $2000 if I were behind 3 months...I have the cancelled checks from my bank...that yes they cashed...
I am being forclosed upon and they are taking my home! How do these dirty rotten scoundrels get by with this? I didn't ask for it!

I have been going through this for over three years now It is ridiculous That they let these people get away with what they are doing.
I have been to court every month for three years now.and I have never got to show not one person my evidence.
They just keep coming up with more papers for me to file and pay more money to court house because I cant afford an att.and have been representing myself.
They have not accepted a payment since august of 2002 But I am still here not ready to give up yet I just keep going to court Cant find any help around here
