Complaint Review: Fairbanks Capital Corp

Fairbanks bought are loan from Equacredit in Feburary of 2001 we made a payment every month. then all of a sudden fairbanks were saying we were behind a payment..

so we called them...

They said we did not make may payment. so i got on the internet and checked our account the check had already cleared...

also sent them a copy of the check (front and back).I got a letter in july on the 26 saying that it was in research...

i am still fighting them on it..they said it would only take 60 days...

it has ben 90 days or longer..today is the 11-04-2002...

we started this back in june....
