fairbanks capital is forclosing on my house. They have assessed me almost 6,000 dollars in fees and have not credited me for payments that I made. (I have the cancelled checks to prove it.)

I filed a suit against Fairbanks Capital after they had forclosed on my home and happened to be the highest bidder. We had all our canceled checks and the checks they sent back when we were trying to make our payments. Our lawyer was a bull dog, but he did tell us that if they want to settle we need to because the judge want be happy if we go a head and sue after they offer to settle. All we wanted was to keep our home and to have them drop a lot of the late charges. They did, so we started paying our note again. My husband called me after lunch today to tell me that they had sent back another payment that he had sent in yesterday. It is not late so I don't know what there problem is this time, but my lawyer is very happy about it. He said good let them bring it on. He is going to mail all our payments from here on and I hope they send them all back and I hope they call me again and tell me I don't have insurance, because I do have a tape recorder. I will not be pushed around anymore by these jerks. I also will not settle this time. It is on!!!!!

I HAVE SUBMITTED MY OWN COMPLAINTS AND REBUTTALS TO SOME. MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE SINCE YOU ALL HAVE THE INTERNET LOG INTO WWW.FAIRBANKSCAPITAL.COM, GO TO MY HOME LOAN, CREATE A LOG IN, WITH YOUR ACCOUNT #, ONCE YOU DO, LOG IN, GO TO CURRENT LOAN INFORMATION, THEN TO HISTORY, START "PRINTING" EVERYTHING, EACH INDIVIDUAL TRANSACTION HIGHLIGHTED IN BLUE WILL GIVE YOU DETAILS AS TO WHAT THEY DID YOUR $$$$$$. ONE THING THEY DON'T DO IS DETAILED FEES.
LOOK OUT IF YOU UNDER FORECLOSURE, IT'S GONNA COST 15,000 TO GET YOU OUT....TRUST ME I PAID THEM $28,000 AND 9700.00 WAS FOR BACK TAXES THAT I WAS PAYING ON THEY INSISTED THEY WERE GONNA TO PAY. WHEN YOUR DONE, HIRE AN ATTORNEY, PROVING YOUR PAYMENTS...I HAVE ONE LOOKING OVER ALL MY DOCUMENTS.
I MADE PAYMENTS THAT WERE NEVER CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT, I TOO HAD PROOF.I ALSO FOUND THAT I WASN'T EVEN 30DAYS BEHIND IN 2002 AND THEY PUT MY HOUSE INTO FORECLOSURE THEN, I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED BUT GOT CHARGED THE FEES.
THAT'S WHAT I GOT FOR BEING HONEST, 32 WEEKS PREGNANT AND HAD A CAR ACCIDENT, AND DISABLILTY CHECKS WEREN'T COMING YET. THIS TIME, I HAD TO OBTAIN A 2ND MORTGAGE TO GET MY FORECLOSURE RELEASED. AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED FROM THE COURTS YET AND IT'S BEEN ALMOSET 3 WEEKS. GOOD LUCK...T
