Complaint Review: Fairbanks Capital Corp

We have been put through living "HELL" since July 2002 when these supposed "legatite company" bought out our mortage. When soon after they came to be "devilish crooks"!! They have ruined our credit, charged fee's unheard of, placed an escrow for insurance we already paid for the entire year, posted payments after the due date to charge late fee's, applied payments to suspence ? (whatever the hell that is) other charges( never found out!!) even after sending cerified mail with signature!

Today my husband called 5 times and still no avail!! Get this, they recieved a bank certified check overnighted for $1284.95 two days ago, and posted 284.00 paid. Thats why we called, and they still can't find it. I'm so discussed I just got on the internet to find help and was appauled and all these postings!! We live in North Carolina and need some help bringing these dirty dogs to justice!! I've actually seen a doctor over my physical ailments they have caused!

This is America,we have rights!! We all have to do something to stop these CROOKS!!
