This company has caused me so much stress that I am literally sick over the fraudalent scams. They have misposted payment and not corrected it when they received proof of the canceled check, they have forced insurance when property was already insured and kept the insurance on for 6 months, raised monthly payment by $100.00 or more and added charges and fees.

They have delayed posting payments by 10-15 days late. I have to send all payments in my certified mail for it to be immediately posted and then I still get letters all month long with phone calls that my payments have not been recieved.

My bank statments show when the items cleared but they are insisting that the payment has not been recieved. My credit has been ruined with lates 30, 60 days and now I will not qualify for a new home purchase that I have had built and am due to close in 2 weeks.

So, thanks to Fairbanks who have falsely reported to the credit bureau that I am late which I am not and have not been, I will lose my newly built home and my earnest deposit.

If these big corporations continue to get away with stealing from the consumers and not be liable for the damages they have caused and prosecuted, then I am
ashame to say I live in a country that is suppose to be built on principles and laws that protect people from crooks like Fairbanks Capital Corp. What is happening to this country?

We have to get our State Senators and Representatives involved in this. Something has to be done!
