FaiBanks Capital Corp, have on purpose run me around since August 29,2002, sending their letters stating that they have solutions to help and stop foreclosure, all lies.

They never call back, you go through their maze of a phone system and still no one calls back. Now that my house is do to go on sale, they tell me on the 11th hour I have to come up with a large amount of cash.

They even will not respond after I stated the federal RESPA regulation. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission, N.Y. Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, HUD and N.Y. Banking Dept.

They will make you lose your home, it is time for a class action suit.
