I hope everyone remembers Fairbanks is a small part of whats going on here. Anytime you set a new plan in motion it won't work perfect it needs your comments and Ideas to get it right. Please help get the Customers Bill of Rights going so we can move on. If the Ombudsman's of Fairbanks are not working your suggestions will help fix it. Then we can make other predatory lenders and congress act on it. This is our chance to change the industry. I am losing my house but not my passion for doing the right thing. I'm fighting for the young couple who are buying there first house today and have no clue about the grief there going to go through.
