Fairbanks Capital Corp. ripoff, this Co had me sign a deed in liue of Foreclosure and still foreclosed, I couldn't get a occupancy permit. St. Louis Missouri

I bought the house with my father co signing. The house was sold as is with forged documents and signatures. For 66,000 when it was supposed to be 58,000, I couldn't get an occupancy permit, I was promised it would pass inspection before signing. I refused to pay, and signed a deed in liue of Foreclosure. They foreclosed anyway. Now both of our credit reports are JACKED!!!
