Our account was sold to this company and we have had nothing but problems. There always trying to rip us off one way or the other.

From the start we have had to fight and argue with them about late fees. We have never been late and no sooner do we prove that to them they come up with forced hazard insurance.

Stating that we owe them $$$$$ for insurance when in fact we bought our own insurance from a private company they provided. Again we had to prove to them.

Then they sent us a letter stating that we did'nt pay enough escrow fees and are demanding that we pay this $$$.We again called and was treated like dead beats. They sent us a letter stating that there computer generated an incorrect report.

Well it hasnt stopped there I guess we pissed them off. Now they gave us 30 days to pay all our taxes up front or they'll start foreclouser proceedings and according to our tax accessor we have until 4/04 to pay the remaining taxes.

When you call and ask to speak to a Supervisor you are treated like dead beats to top it off even the Supervisors argue with you and call you a liar to your face.

Then if you ask to speak to the Supervisors,Supervisor they send you to an automatic system.
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Losing my house in California.

To you California victims,

Please also try to contact US Senators Boxer and Feinstein. I received a call back from Senator Boxer's office right away, but they need more people to contact them. I called the Sacramento Office. Senator Feinstein's office sent a form letter thanking me for my views, rhetoric.

Also contact the State Attorney Generals Office, in writing. Also your local TV News Stations. KCRA here in Sacramento is very interested in hearing of this from Sacramento viewers, but I'm sure they would be interested in hearing from you to back up our stories up north. We have been trying everything we can think of to get the right avenues. When we find them we will post them.

Nancy, don't give up. I have filed complaints with the HUD inspector general hotline, Dept. of Corporations, FTC, and Senator Nell Soto's office, (speak with Eddie Catoe). I am waiting to hear from them all at this moment. Maybe if we work together in California we can get something started here. Have you sent Fairbanks a letter demanding an explanation of your issues according to RESPA? If nothing else at least it will give you time. Don't let them take your home without a fight. Good Luck! Hopefully the next time we contact each other will be at the Senator's office!
