FairBanks Capital Corp ripoff victimized many consumers they have me listed as being responsible for a mortgage on a property that I don't own, in a state that I've never been to, Jacksonville Fl Florida
I am freaking out. This company has had my mortgage for less than 3 months, and already they have me listed as being responsible for a mortgage on a property that I don't own, in a state that I've never been to, with a person as co-borrower that I've never even met (also whom I assume has access to all my personal SSN info etc. since I have access to hers), for an amount almost double to that which my actual mortgage payments
are and further, even though they have cashed my checks on-time(and I have my bank statements to prove it) they say I am delinquent and are screwing with my credit rating. This is insanity! I don't know where to start to get this fixed since all my phone calls and faxes and letters since Feb 28th have been useless--nothing has been remedied, in fact is just gets worse! If anyone out there has any suggestions to save me from
this nightmare, pls pls pls respond. Thankyou.
