Allrighty! I got away from these predators and not a minute too soonI. First off I was transfered in novemeber. Ive been researching them since i was transfered and started refinance proceedings immediatley.. yes i had the drive by appraisal, etc,,, etc the check was in suspense { wtf is suspense anyway ??/) blah blah blah.
the problem they had was that thanks to you guys and other information i kept a paper trail a mile long of any activity i had with them.I knew from the start they couldnt charge me any late fees within my first 60 days and I sent my payments electronically .but they tried..
I let them them know from the start not only was i able to pay my mortgage and on time i was also able to pay an attorney. Anyway heres the deal people check your credit reports! I was reported mistakenly 60 days late { has since been corrected). this is how you wind up with companies like this. Take this as a scared straight experience and never pay your motgage late, let them take your car let them take your furniture, but if you dont pay your mortgage this is where you wind up with these bottom feeders.
if you have equity people and if its not doing anything for you but sitting there and letting you deal with these people,.dont give up there are companies that will give you a second chance..dont give up! dont let these thiefs scare you. I called the attorney general of new jersey , consumer affairs in my state who by the way i found out have a report on them for " unconscionable commercial practice" they are not endorsed by the better business bureau .run people run ...anyway i have a feeling now that they might owe me money ::::bwooohaaaaaa haaaaaaa
oh and do yourself a favor read thier help wanted ads for customer service they require only a ged and no experience..so dont feel beneath these people and dont let them talk down to you i bet half of them cant even open a finger hut account and you guys got mortgages! good luck people and to the woman in jackson new jersey....
