Complaint Review: FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORPORATION

Fairbanks Capital Mortgage is the biggest nightmare I have ever run into. my husband was laid off and I was diagnosed with cancer all in the same month.

My problem is this; i have pinched and scraped every last penny to make my mortgage payment. I have made some payments past the 15th of the month but I was never more than a month late. The customer service at Fairbanks has not helped me at all. They have refused to cash my checks on time, hung up on me when I ask for a supersivor and had the nerve to tell my husband that he said we refused our last payment. I have paid so many late charges and other ridiculous fee's It's getting hard to catch up. This is the rudest company I have ever come across.
