Complaint Review: FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORPORATION

THIS IS ONE CORUPT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Along with everyone else I too have had the same problems, with Fairbanks Capital!

They hold payments until you become delinquent enough that they try to foreclose on your home And they do this without even letting you know whats going on until your served with the foreclosure papers!!!!!

Never any notification by mail either regular or certified, Never any notice of default!!

they tack on fraudulent late fees, appraisal fees,they drive by your house to protect there interest to make sure you still live there or the home has not turned into a CRACK HOUSE!!! That's what I was told by a representative of this aweful company (wouldn't this be considered stalking?)

These people have to be brought down!!!!!
