Company kept insisting we were behind in payments, and hitting us with lots of unexplained "fees" and then they used our payments to pay these fees,thus making our mortgage payments late.
We sent them ~$10,000.00 dollar payment to bring us current,6 months ago they can find no record of the payment,we have the cancelled cashiers check!! They say we have not paid on our mortgage for over 6 months. They declared we were in default and convinced us to sign a "forebearance agreement",until this was "ALL SORTED OUT"!
After 3 months on the agreement we were informed that we were not making the correct payment but that the payment was supposed to be over twice what we were paying, and that at the end of the agreement we were going to have to pay a $25,000.00 "reinstatement fee/costs" to reinstate our loan, were lost.... I'll do anything I can to put these crooks out of business!

News 4 did A report on Fairbanks Capital last weekend. FAIRBANKS CAPITAL IS NOT DOING BUSINESS AS A MORTGAGE COMPANY IN THE STATE OF WA. They are an out of state "Collection Agency"
